Healing Roots Edu. Financial Agreement

Healing Roots Edu keeps an open and transparent policy with all Families. Trust and care are paramount. With this in mind, policies must be in place that keep communication and expectations clear. This Financial Agreement outlines and governs our tuition and payments procedures, which is connected to our Parent Handbook Policies. Tuition is due and payable in full by July 30th 2022. Information on heart-ship plans may be obtained from the Enrollment Coordinator. Families are responsible for maintaining their Enrollment documentation, Receipts, Handbooks etc. regarding their account, and review their cyclical payment dates.


No Refunds. Once made, any Tuition Payment shall not be refunded or refundable to clients for any reason. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in case of clerical error with respect to any payment made under this Financial Agreement, the Parties agree to remedy any such error through proper payment adjustments or prorated tuition.


Late Fee. A late fee of $50.00 will be charged to all accounts that are not paid on or before the due date. Additionally, accounts past due by an amount of 30 days will be moved to inactive status, and a conference will commence to determine next steps. If an account cannot be rectified, the Family may be unenrolled from all courses at HROS.


Past Due. Grades, transcripts, and future Enrollment will be withheld for non -payment of tuition and other charges in accordance with HROS policies. Should it be necessary to assign an unpaid balance to a licensed collection agency, the holder of the account will be responsible for all collection costs incurred by HROS in recovering payment. Pre -payment of charges for any future Enrollment will be required. Cancellation. Once enrolled families are responsible for the full year's tuition, non-determinant of a change in circumstances or cancellation of enrollment. All changes in enrollment must be filed on a Change of Course Request with our Enrollment Coordinator.

I agree to render to Healing Roots Online School (HROS) payment in full on or before the required due
date(s)for the semester(s) specified in my HROS Enrollment Documentation. My signature below indicates
that I have read and understand all of the policies stated in this Financial Agreement, and agree to abide
by these policies. I have received a copy of this form.

I agree to pay in full by July 30th 2022.
I qualified for the heart-ship plan my 3 payments will be made:

  • $2500 by July 30th 2022
  • $2500 by October 30th 2022
  • $2500 by January 30th 2022

K-8 Tuition Agreement School Year 2022 - 2023


K-8 Tuition for the 2022 - 2023 School Year is $5978* if committed by 3/15/2022

After March 14th, tuition will increase to $6478 for early enrollment (through May.)

In June the tuition price will increase to $6978
* We will be offering a $100 sibling discount and a $500 tuition credit for every new student you refer to Healing Roots.

I agree to pay the above-stated tuition cost or deposit by the date due to enroll my child at HROS for the 2022 - 2023 school year.

I understand that I am responsible for payment even in the case of my child’s absence. Initial deposit will be held and applied at the end of the school year. It will be applied first to overdue balances and then to the remaining tuition owed on the last invoice or rolled over to the following year. After June 1st, 2022, I will give the school 90 days paid notice if I need to withdraw my child from the program for any reason and understand that my paid tuition and deposit is non-refundable.
